Budget
From Shadowrun: Awakened
The concept here is to always have more money coming in than being spent, as with any budget. With this in mind the following are the targets and budgets.
Targets
- Have $100 before even thinking about spending any money.
- Have $500 before deciding to split monies into budget pools.
- Only ever 50% of total money pool to be spent or split at any one time.
Budgets
- Reimburse members accruing costs from supporting the project. This includes hosting for this website. Currently our expenses are few.
- 3D assets. One idea would be to offer a 3D art contest where top contributor wins a cash prize
- Advertising dollars for hyping the 1.0 release
- Saving for a full-time server (currently estimated at at least $100 dollars a month)
- Discretionary budget for any other expense approved by all members
Splitting monies
The above budgets are in priority order, with this in mind. According to targets. Split the monies thus:
- 40%
- 20%
- 20%
- 10%
- 10%
